When issues of safety and security arise, employees may be requested to cooperate with an investigation. The investigation may include the following procedures to safeguard the company and its employees: searches of personal belongings, searches of work areas, searches of private vehicles used for AES services, medical examinations, and the like. Failure to cooperate with an investigation is grounds for termination. Providing false information during any investigation may lead to discipline, including termination.
Employees are expected to make use of clients’ homes only for the business purposes of the company. Accordingly, materials that appear on company hardware or networks are presumed to be for business purposes, and all such materials are subject to review by the company at any time without notice to the employees. Employees do not have to have any expectation of privacy with respect to any material used to provide AES services. Adult Enrichment Services regularly monitors its communications systems and networks as allowed by law. Monitored activity may include voice, e-mail, and text communications, as well as Internet search and browsing history. Employees who make excessive use of the communications system for personal matters are subject to discipline. Employees are expected to keep personal communication to a minimum and to emergency situations.
Video Surveillance
As part of its security measures and to help ensure a safe work environment, Adult Enrichment Services may utilize video cameras with access to view the entrance/exit of clients homes to monitor various areas of its work environment.

Agreement to Receive Text Messages for Employees

changes to ensure you continue receiving important updates.
• Ensure that your mobile account details are accurate and updated in our
records.
Privacy and Data Use
Information collected in connection with this SMS service may include your mobile number, carrier name, message content, and the date and time of messages, as well as other details you provide. This information will only be used to contact you and deliver the services or updates you request.
Confidentiality and Data Privacy
No mobile information collected through this service will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories explicitly exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
